The Solana Company brings together talented individuals to grow our ecosystem. We aim to bridge the gap between crypto and Wall Street by bringing a team together to create a new platform as our company's product to market. Together we can build something meaningful and ensure that our employees are properly taken care of. We're hiring 5-10 professionals for various roles, all compensated in $COMPANY tokens.

Our team is fully remote and decentralized. Work from wherever you're most productive — all you need is an internet connection and a Solana wallet. No office politics, no commute.

To ensure that our payroll is always paid, we are devoting 100% of the creator rewards to token buybacks to ensure we can keep paying workers as well as boost our market cap to make sure that employees are being paid top dollar for their hard work.
The vision behind The Solana Company
I am Ken, a recent graduate from a Jesuit college in the United States.
I finished classes in December of 2025 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics as well as a minor in Computer Science.
With these skills that I have spent the last 4 and a half years learning, I am putting them to use by pioneering on-chain businesses.
I feel that most of my education was oriented towards the stock market and real world assets, and that institutions seem to fear the crypto space. By creating a transparent and genuine business I can apply my skills towards producing a successful product.
With this in mind, I want to create transparency by creating a platform where there is only one ticker for each token. If I buy $APPL on Webull I know that I am getting Apple stock. I want to create this same, no questions asked experience to the crypto space.
